- for standard shipping we choose a parcel service (e.g. DPD) and forward the device as an insured parcel. To some regions of Europe, shipping is only possible by express delivery, for example to the Canary Islands.

Shipping costs for express delivery inside Germany
- You can choose express delivery until 08:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12:00 a.m. or 06:00 p.m. next working day. If the next working day is a local holiday at the target location, the parcel will be delivered on the following working day.
- Express delivery on Saturday (until 12:00 a.m.) will have a surcharge of 17,85 € (total 37,85 €).
