Order processing

  • Step 1 - First contact

Contact us, ideally by phone.

We tell you, if we have an exchange unit on stock and if a check and repair is feasible and economic.

You can also use our request form. We will then contact you by email or phone.

A. You prefer an exchange unit:

  • Step 2 - Order

Please, send us an order by mail, fax or email. You can use our online order form or download the order form and send it by mail or fax.

If you use the online order form or you send the order by email, we will send you an order confirmation.

  • Step 3 - Payment modes

With the order, please tell us the preferred mode of payment. You can pay by cash on delivery (only for delivery within Germany, fee 7,- €, or delivery to Austria, fee 15,- €), by Paypal, or advance payment.

If you choose advance payment or Paypal we will inform you about the invoice amount incl. delivery charges and our bank details / Paypal address by fax or email.

  • Step 4 - Dispatch of replacement unit

If possible, we will send you the replacement unit the same day we receive your order. The delivery will usually be by parcel service DPD or UPS.

The normal delivery time is 1 - 2 days within Germany. Find delivery charges, times and cash on delivery fees here.

  • Step 5 - reception of your defective device

Please send us your defective device within one week as an insured parcel. Delivery charges are for your account.

If your defective device arrives considerably later or not at all, we will claim compensation. Please see our General Terms and Conditions.

Should your defective device be irreparably damaged, e.g. by water, fire or unqualified attempts to repair, we have to claim a surcharge. If your device has such a damage, please tell us before placing the order. This will help to avoid any misunderstanding.

B. You want us to repair your electronic device:

  • Step 2 - You send us the defective device

Please, send us your control unit with an order for testing and / or repair. The order should be placed with a description of the fault. Please, don't forget to tell us your telephone number or email address. For your convenience you can use the online order form. For the fault description you can use our request form, which you can also download.

  • Step 3 - Test of defective device and cost estimate

On reception of the defective device we will do a function test and fault diagnosis. If a repair is possible we will submit a cost estimate.

  • Step 4 - Discussion of test results

We will notify you of the test results by phone or email. If you decide to place an order we will count the cost for the test against the price of the repair.

If the control unit shows no fault in our tests, you will have to find the cause for the problem in another part of your vehicle. In this case, you only pay for the testing and dispatch within 14 days. We will send you an invoice together with your device.

If your control unit is irreparably damaged, we will - on your request - check, whether we can offer you a used or new replacement unit.

  • Step 5 - Repair order (optional)

If a repair is deemed possible and economic, we will start the work immediately after reception of your written order. Normally the repair takes 1 - 2 days, a few days longer if we need to order special spare parts.

For your order please use our online order form or download our order form and send it by fax or mail.

We will respond by email to your online or email order.

  • Step 6 (Repair) - Payment modes
